I've been a BE fan for over a year, officially a part of the BE family for about 3 months and I have yet to unravel the magic that is Prime Time-- until now. Prime Time Eyelid Primer to be exact. I've used a lot of eyelid primers in the past but nothing comes close to this! Just apply, let it dry and apply eye shadow and/ or makeup. And when I tell you your makeup is set, it ain't going no where. You can't even intentionally smudge it off with your finger if you try. And for $16-- that's what I call bang for your buck. You're just going to have to trust me on this one. Why haven't I discovered this sooner?!
